The Green Mountain Avalanche is run by Director Bob Leonard, Administrative Assistant John Craig and UVM player Brett Leonard.

Bob Leonard is the driving force behind Green Mountain Avalanche.  Bob
started Green Mountain Avalanche over 11 years ago and has nutured it
into one of the premier youth hockey organizations.  Raising 5
hockey players, including 2003-2004 Burlington Free Press Hockey
Player of the Year Brett Leonard, Bob sees the Green Mountain Avalanche
as a necessity for this area.  Bob has been involved in youth hockey
for over 18 years.

John Craig oversees administrative and scheduling duties, and Brett Leonard handles
the on-ice duties.
